Compassion- deep awareness of the suffering of another coupled with the wish to relieve it or desire to alleviate it.
When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Matthew 9:36
Jesus said, “I have compassion for these people; they have been with me 3 days with no food to eat. I do not want to send them away hungry.” Matthew 15:32
Love- strong affection, desire, or devotion.
The Lord is compassionate and gracious; slow to anger, abounding in love. Psalm 103:8
Servanthood- working for or being in subjection to another.
Serve one another in love. Galatians 5:13
If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides. 1 Peter 4:11
Prayer- to communicate with God
“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayer requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.” Ephesians 6:18-19
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with all thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7
“Pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:17

Helping Those In Need
He who is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward him for what he has done. Proverbs 19:17
Freely you have received, freely give. Matthew 10:8
He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for their maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God. Proverbs 14:3
Reaching The Lost
Then he said to the disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into the harvest field.” Matthew 9:37-38
“ and you will be my witness in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8
